Cain Coaching

It all started when...

Cain Coaching has been going strong since 2011, and we're still growing and adapting to constantly improve our training experience.  We grow the program each year and make it better for our athletes to continue to improve their experience.  

We are a USA Triathlon Sanctioned Club and also participate in the Ironman TriClub Program, which grants us the benefit of early entry into IM events. 

We offer coaching for triathletes as well as endurance runners, swimmers and cyclists.

Coaching programs require a 3-month minimum commitment. Your first month may be pro-rated if you start in the middle of the month, but subsequent months are not.

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of training.
Payment plans and gifts certificates available.

 

Limited number of slots in each category, and once they are full, you can select another plan or be placed on a waiting list. We also offer a limited number of single sport training spots to help you improve in your weakest sport! Please inquire today about training with us in exclusively swimming, cycling or running to help you reach your goals and/or remain accountable to your training!

Platinum Coaching

Full Service Training Package. Together, we can achieve a lot!

·        Monthly fee $185 with one-time $50 startup/consult fee

·        Minimum 3-month commitment

·        Free online training account

·        Free technique analysis and admission to all clinics and training sessions

·        Unlimited communication with coach (unlimited training plan edits and revisions)

·        20% discount for Active Duty Military

Personalized Coaching

A plan written specifically for your schedule, goals and time to train.

·        Monthly fee $130 with one-time $50 startup/consult fee

·        Minimum of 3 months in duration

·        Free online training account

·        Technique analysis at a discounted rate and all virtual strength/cycle classes

·        Customized plan for YOUR time-to-train and ability (weekly plan edits)

Customized Training Plan

A plan written for your specific race goals.

·        Monthly fee is flat $100 with one-time $50 startup fee

·        Minimum of 3 months in duration

·        Free online training account

·        Free virtual strength classes

·        Customized plan for YOUR time-to-train and ability

·        Communicate with Coach to build your plan, then you're on your own to execute the plan

Session-Based Coaching Packages

One-on-one time with Coach: Review race schedule, work on your swim, bike or run or even talk nutrition

·        Hourly fee is $65 *See below for bulk session packages

·        Payment due in full before start of sessions (cash, check, Venmo or Paypal)

·        Phone, Video Conference or In-Person sessions

·        YOU choose topic or training session

·        Swim, Bike and Run analysis available
